MET26SR rotor cartridge belongs to Mitsubishi MET-SR series exhaust gas turbocharger, which has the features as below:

• The Rotor is supported by a pedestal with less thermal deformation;
• Bearing pedestal has an integrated head tank, by which the lubrication oil is continuously supplied even after than emergency shut down of the engine;
• The gas inlet casing is double wall structure, which make it easy to check the turbine and nozzle when doing the maintenance;
• An advanced aerodynamic design for compressor and turbine is adopted in T-MET Series turbochargers;
• Simple and compact design of T-MET Series turbocharger make it long service lifetime and high reliability;

MET26SR rotor cartridge is composed by rotor complete and bearing complete. The rotor complete consists of compressor impeller, blade shaft, turbine shaft and partition wall complete. Bearings play an important role in turbochargers. They not only ensure safe and reliable high-speed rotation of the rotor, but also ensure that the rotor is fixed in the correct position.
