The above AT14 Turbocharger's cross-sectional drawing shows that the AT14 turbocharger is consisted of the turbine and compressor, and the thrust bearing and two journal bearings which make the axial and radial forces respectively becoming possible. From static section view, T-T- T- AT14 turbocharger consists of the compressor housing, bearing housing and turbine housing.

The turbocharger includes turbine part, bearing part and compressor part, so the turbine housing, bearing casing (bearing housing) and compressor housings cover and protect all the important parts safely in the turbocharger to ensure a premium performance of the engine.

The turbine casing, bearing casing and compressor housing are made by cast iron.
